leseeeeeee. time of day looks like early early morning or twilight - the orange reflection on the glass and the clouds, you only get that when the sun is low, setting/rising esp. the guy is on the roof of his home/apt. building, maybe having a smoke and admiring the view?

the lighting is good, but if it IS sunset/rise, it'd be nice to see some harsher highlights/shadows. they're usually far more contrasted than other shadows. i'm not good at colour and lighting theory though, so that's as helpful as i get. hahah, aaaaah.

It is twilight, and he is on top of his apartment building. The original intent of the picture wasn't so much that he was admiring the view as it was him taking a last quick glance before rolling off the edge :/ (awks.)
Does look like he's just having a break.

His leg looks a bit short, it's supposed to be pointing away from the viewer a little. Don't think I managed that. D:

Well lets see, a man on the roof of some building, looking over the cityscape he lives in with high towers. Now as based on the colors and the based apparent lighting I will guess sunset, I could have said sunrise, but it is the fact this person is shirtless makes me think it is a warmer summer day and cooling of vs. cool night going into warm days. The colors and its transitions from sunlit to shadow sides are well done; as well as the more impressionistic style to these buildings being this was a speed paint. I like the clouds thought as it to me looks like the eerie sense that a storm is moving into the area. The way the person appears is not to bad either, as he peers out to the city, and the hair in all places too plus; "Dude, Dude, Tour underwear is showing" LoL Nice work.
